The National Centre for Dairy Education Australia operates as a national network through collaborative partnership agreements with industry-endorsed training providers.
Farming
Agreements with partner providers have been established in each State except the Northern Territory.
Dairy processing
The NCDEA dairy processing courses are currently delivered primarily at the Werribee Campus, at the Fryers Street Campus in Shepparton and on factory sites across Australia. The facilities at Werribee include a purpose-designed pilot factory and equipment to demonstrate the principles and operation of the common dairy food manufacturing processes. The Fryers Street Campus has a pilot plant which it shares with Innoven, a business unit of Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE.
